Vacant Crewe unit set to be converted into education training centre
Plans have been submitted to convert a vacant Crewe unit into an education training centre, located on a busy road in the town.
In November, applicant, Ms Mary Kavanagh proposed a change of use from class use E to class F1 (education training) at 147 Nantwich Road.
Kumon Crewe wants to take on the former Premier Placement Services unit, located in-between to Havest Kitchens and Mooz Hairdressing.
Premier Placement Services closed down its Nantwich Road branch in 2024, moving all services to Newcastle-under-Lyme and online.
This unit has not been vacant for long, with a new business set to take it on in 2025.
More information on the education training centre will be known in the coming months.
The last date for submitting comments on this application is Tuesday 21 January with a target decision date of Monday 27 January.
