The applicant says the new plans make no "significant alterations" to this, with the addition of a new electric vehicle charging point.

A design and access statement reads: "Planning permission was granted for a bungalow on the application site on 9 November 2016.

That permission was not implemented.

"The current application makes no significant alterations to the approved plans, but details of building materials, boundary fencing and an electric vehicle charging point have been added.
