Nissan damaged in car crash at busy Crewe junction

Cheshire Police responded to a car crash at a busy junction in Crewe over the weekend, with a Nissan sustaining serious damage.

On Saturday 1 March, officers were alerted to a collision at the junction of Salisbury Avenue and Nantwich Road.

Around 11.40am, officers arrived at the scene, disovering two vehicles, a black Mini Cooper and a white Nissa had collided with one another.

No one was injured in the Crewe South collision, with no arrests made (Ruth Chester).

Police were at the scene for around 90 minutes, with the Nissan sustaining significant front damage.

Debris was cleared from the Crewe South junction, with Egerton's Recovery called to the scene.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the collision, with no arrests made.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "On Saturday 1 March at around 11.40am, police were called to reports of a collision at the junction of Salisbury Avenue and Nantwich Road.

Debris was cleared from the Crewe South junction, with Egerton's Recovery called to the scene (Ruth Chester).

"The collision involved two vehicles, a black Mini Cooper and a white Nissan.

"Despite this, no injuries were sustained by the drivers of either vehicles. No arrests were made."
