"These properties are in a superb location for commuters, first-time buyers and many more types of homeowner, so to see the development become so popular is no surprise."

Between April 2021, and March 2022, Platform sold 563 shared ownership properties which is a 55 per cent increase, owing to the increased popularity of the route to home ownership.

Through the process of staircasing, those using shared ownership can gradually increase the amount of their home they own.

Regional sales manager at Platform, Kelly Rigley, said: "We are thrilled to have sold out here at Hazelmere, and know that the new occupants have found an ideal place to settle down in such high-quality properties.

"We'd like to place on record our thanks to Bovis Homes as we draw this development to a close, and look forward to working together in the future should the opportunity arise."
