Youths in balaclavas cause disturbance in Crewe car park - throwing brick at vehicle

Cheshire Police are appealing for information after a group of youths in balaclavas caused a disturbance on a Crewe car park - throwing a brick at a van.

The incident on Simply Gym Car Park, West Street, happened at approximately 11:10pm on Wednesday (November 2).

Two men were first approached by four youths dressed in dark clothing and face's covered with balaclavas.

The group of youths drove past on an electric dirt bikes/motor cross type bikes and threw a brick at a van (Google).

The lads then threatened the two men and pulled out a suspected weapon.

Police were called and the youths left the scene.

Today (November 4), Cheshire Constabulary confirmed the incident to Nub News.

Police swiftly attended the scene and made a search of the area but found no trace of the youths (Cheshire Constabulary).

A spokesperson said: "Officers were called just before 11.10pm on Thursday (November 3), to a car park in West Street, following reports of a disturbance involving a group of youths.

"A van sustained minor damage during the incident.

"Police swiftly attended the scene and made a search of the area but no trace of the youths.

"Anyone with information is urged to report it to Cheshire Police quoting: IML 140659 or call 101.

One of the youths were heard speaking in a suspected Scouse accent - with an approximate age of 19 to 20.
