Man suffers 'serious leg injury' in assault outside Crewe pub

At 11.30am on Sunday 3 December, a caller reported an assault had taken place on Mill Street, near to The Express (Ryan Parker).

Cheshire Police detectives are appealing for witnesses and video footage, following a serious assault outside a pub in Crewe.

At 11.30am on Sunday 3 December, a caller reported an assault had taken place on Mill Street.

The incident is believed to have occurred earlier that morning, at around 1am, near to The Express.

A 37-year-old man suffered a serious leg injury during the incident.

Detective Constable Bryony Aston said: "Enquiries are currently ongoing and as part of this, we are now urging anyone who witnessed anything which could aid our investigation to get in touch.

"The same goes for anyone who may have any CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident.
