Man charged with criminal damage following serious incident at Cheshire property

Cheshire Police officers in Crewe have charged a 33-year-old man with several offences, following a serious incident in Rode Heath.
James Todd, of Beech Avenue, Rode Heath, formerly of Crewe, was arrested at around 3:33pm on Sunday 28 July.
The 33-year-old has since been charged with burglary of a dwelling, assault of an emergency worker, affray and criminal damage.
Todd appeared at Chester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 30 July and has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on Tuesday 27 August.
The charges follow a police response to an incident on Beech Avenue, Rode Heath, on Sunday 28 July.
Photographs sent to Nub News showed damage to the roof of the house following the incident.
Others appeared to show tiles on the ground and damage to a red Mazda. The roof has since been fixed.
