Boy taken to hospital following attack from 'group of youths' at Crewe park

A boy was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure, after being attacked by a "group of youths" at a park in Crewe.
On Tuesday 30 July, Cheshire Police received reports of an incident at Pebble Brook Park, Artle Road.
At 7:20pm, officers arrived at the scene, discovering a 15-year-old boy had been assaulted.
The boy allegedly had his head stamped on by a group of six, blacking out twice while the attackers continued.
A number of youths, who attacked the teenager, have already been identified.
Enquiries to identified other members of the group remain ongoing.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At around 7.20pm on Tuesday 30 July, police were called reports a 15-year-old boy had been assaulted in Crewe.
"Officers attended and found that the teenager had been attacked by a group of youths in Pebble Brook Park.
"The victim was taken to Leighton hospital as a precautionary measure.
"A number of youths have already been identified, and enquiries to identified the others remain ongoing.
"Anyone with any information is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101, or visit the website, quoting: IML 1883243."
