Major Crewe roads close for highway improvement works

Two major roads in Crewe North are closed during the week for carriageway improvement works, taking place for a five-hour period each day.

Bradfield Road and North Street, between Minshull New Road and Stoneley Road, closed at 9.30am on Monday 14 July.

The roads are now closed from 9.30am to 2.30pm each day until Friday 18 July.

Cheshire East Highways are responsible for the road closures, allowing them to carry out micro resurfacing works.

Emergency access is being maintained where possible, along with access for residents.

Pedestrian access is also being maintained, with cyclists required to dismount.
