A local lettings branch of a major estate agency chain with offices in Crewe is the tops for the second time – and that's official.

Stephenson Browne's Sandbach office, High Street, was a gold winner in the British Property Awards 2022 for lettings in Sandbach.

Stephenson Browne was awarded the BPA's Regional Northwest/Cheshire gold award for 2022/2023 (Nub News).

Now, the hard-working team at the popular agent has just scooped another award - the BPA's Regional Northwest/Cheshire gold award for 2022/2023.

Manager at Stephenson Browne's Sandbach lettings office, Debbie Gibbon, couldn't be happier for her amazing team has once again received major recognition.

"It's a very busy part of the branch and my team has worked so hard to achieve this recognition.

"We go above and beyond helping customers to achieve their goal," said Debbie.

"Our secret is we go the extra mile. We try to make the process as smooth as possible both for landlords and tenants.

"The rental market moves so quickly and like the sales side of the branch, we're there for our customers helping them through the process."

And Debbie should know, for she has worked for Stephenson Browne for 22 years and knows the Sandbach area inside out.

"We match tenants with the right properties and we manage the lettings and the process before and after for landlords, some of whom may live out of the area or even abroad," said Debbie.

Stephenson Browne has offices on Nantwich Road, Crewe (Nub News).

"We're part of Sandbach life and the bustling market town and it's an honour to be part of such a wonderful community."
