A local care company has been boosted by appointing an experienced registered manager to its "growing" team, who has worked in the sector for 17 years.

SureCare Central Cheshire, based at 15 Regent House, Princes Court, Beam Heath Way, Nantwich, has been operating successfully for over four years.

The Nantwich company, which provides home care across the Central Cheshire footprint, recently added Claire Ratcliffe to the ranks.

SureCare Central Cheshire recently appointed Claire Ratcliffe as registered manager (Nub News).

Company director and joint owner, Tina Jones, told Nub News: "We are so excited to welcome Claire Ratcliffe to our growing team.

"This will allow us to grow the business and provide more care at home to those who wish to remain living independently with a little support.

"Claire will be following the company's ethos of providing high-quality care and ensuring people the company supports are connected with their communities."

"There are almost 9,000 care providers registered with the regulatory body CQC in England so choosing the right care provider can be a very daunting task.

"We have a great reputation in the area and want to continue to help people to navigate the often confusing social care system.

"We are always happy to help people with any questions they may have about where to start on their care journey."

Established in February 2019, SureCare Central Cheshire has a focus on Nantwich and South Cheshire areas such as Audlem, Wistaston and Willaston.

Claire said: "I am very excited about joining SureCare. I have already met a number of the team and am very impressed at how they all seem to go the extra mile in ensuring the clients are happy.

"It's certainly not a five minutes in and out care company.

"Having worked in care for over 17 years I am looking forward to sharing my experience and building on the fantastic reputation SureCare has."

With the wellbeing of staff at the forefront of its operation, SureCare believes it is different to other care companies in the local area.

Company director and joint-owner, Kirstie Hercules, added: "Having Claire join as our registered manager enhances our management team and gives more support to our wonderful team of carers.
