A housebuilder has marked two major milestones with the completion of a two developments in Crewe, on opposite ends of town.

Alexandra Gardens, off Sydney Road, and Queen's Meadow, in nearby Shavington, are both now sold out and the final homebuyers have moved in at each location.

Together, the two developments have delivered over 330 new homes across the Crewe area, helping hundreds of buyers make their move while creating new communities with green spaces, play areas and energy efficient homes.

Located on Sydney Road, Alexandra Gardens features 249 homes, with Queen's Meadow, situated off Newcastle Road in Shavington, forming the final phase of the wider Shavington Triangle development.

The 84-home scheme attracted buyers seeking village life on the outskirts of Crewe and featured solar panels, electric vehicle charging points and enhanced insulation.

Sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, Graeme Gibb, told Nub News: "We're incredibly proud to have completed and sold out at both Alexandra Gardens and Queen's Meadow.

"These developments have been hugely popular with a wide range of buyers including first time homeowners, young families, downsizers and professionals, all attracted by the excellent local amenities and strong transport links.

"Perhaps the biggest achievement is seeing two genuine communities established and investment in the wider areas.

"What were once construction sites are now vibrant neighbourhoods where residents can enjoy green open spaces, play areas and all the benefits of living in modern, energy efficient new homes."

"It's satisfying to complete two successful developments at Alexandra Gardens and Queen's Meadow, which demonstrate the strength of demand for thoughtfully designed homes in desirable Cheshire locations.

"Buyers who love what we've created in Crewe will find the same commitment to quality and placemaking at Weaver Forge [Nantwich] and Elmy Fields [Congleton]."

"Both developments offer superb locations, a wide choice of homes and the opportunity to become part of new communities from the beginning."
