Supporters heading to Mornflake Stadium for Crewe Alexandra's clash with Milton Keynes Dons can look forward to a completely free ice cream before kick off.

Courtesy of joint headline partners Whitby Morrison, fans can grab a complimentary ice cream when they visit the RedsZone, which opens from 12.30pm.

The RedsZone, located just outside the Alexandra Store and Ticket Office, will once again be packed with activities for supporters of all ages.

Youngsters can test their skills in a penalty shootout, jump aboard the gaming bus featuring PlayStation 5s, while others can enjoy freshly cooked food and drinks from the licensed bar.

Entry is free for anyone with a valid match ticket, making it an ideal spot for families and friends to soak up the atmosphere ahead of kick-off.

Head of Commercial at Crewe Alex, James Beckett, told Nub News: "This is a fantastic gesture from Whitby Morrison.

"It's a great opportunity for families and fans to come together, enjoy the pre-match atmosphere and, of course, a free ice cream.

"We're really grateful for their continued support and hope it helps create a brilliant build-up to the game."

Pity the team showd a soft side in some of the games lost, had they beat the struggling sides they'd be top 3.
