UK retailer opens inside former Crewe restaurant chain
A major UK footwear retailer has returned to Crewe, following its temporary closure this summer to relocate to a new unit.
Shoe Zone opened inside the former Burger Priest restaurant, Grand Junction Retail Park, at 9am on Saturday 14 October.
The store will be located in-between Costa Coffee and The Works, which recently relocated from Crewe town centre.
Managed by Emma Owen, Crewe's new Shoe Zone has created two new part-time vacancies.
Shoezone Chief Executive, Anthony Smith, told Nub News: "It's exciting to be opening our new store in Crewe, which will see the launch of new brands for customers to enjoy.
"We look forward to welcoming our customers into our new store and hope they enjoy the new variety of products available."
To celebrate the launch of its new store, Shoe Zone has a number of special offers for customers, including savings on a selection of various styles and seasonal opening offers.
The shoe chain will stock own brand styles and a range of name-brands, such as Lotus, Heavenly Feet and Skechers.
Shoe Zone closed its larger Crewe retail park store this July due to a rent rates dispute.
This unit is set to be taken over by Tapi Carpets & Floors, with work continuing at the site.
Shoe Zone will be open 9am until 8pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm (Saturday) and 10am until 4pm (Sunday).
