Firefighters tackle two-car blaze caused by jump start

Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service firefighters tackled a two-car blaze near Crewe - caused by a jump start procedure.
The South Cheshire incident happened on Coole Lane, Coole Pilot, at 1:37pm on Saturday (August 27) - just six miles from Crewe.
A vehicle was jump starting another when the blaze broke out, spreading quickly.
One fire engine from Audlem and one from Nantwich attended the scene - putting out the fire.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Two vehicles were involved in fire at a property in Coole Lane.
"One vehicle was being used to jump start the other when the fire broke out.
"Firefighters in breathing apparatus put out the blaze using hose reel jets and checked the nearby garage, stripping away the fascia board and checking the building with a thermal imaging camera for fire spread."
Last night (August 29), a fire incident was reported in the South Cheshire village of Wybunbury.
Firefighters from Nantwich arrived at 7:39pm on Moorlands Lane to find a large quantity of wood close to a hedgerow on fire.
The blaze was put out by the crew using a hose reel jet.
