Firefighters rush to put out accidental hedge blaze in Crewe
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service firefighters rushed to put out a hedge blaze in Crewe - believed to have been started accidentally.
The incident on Moss Lane, Leighton, happened at 2:38pm on Thursday 27 April.
One fire engine from Crewe quickly arrived at the scene - assessing the situation.
Crewe firefighters found a hedge on fire by the road - putting it out using a hose reel.
This fire was started accidentally after controlled burning got out of hand.
No one was injured in the incident.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: 'A hedge on fire was extinguished by firefighters using a hose reel.
"It is believed this fire was started accidentally after a controlled burning got out of hand."
