Firefighters deployed to car blaze incident on Crewe car park

Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service rushed to attend a car blaze on a Crewe car park, located on an industrial estate in the town.

On Saturday 17 February, one fire engine from Crewe arrived at the incident on Weston Road.

Around 5:15pm, the crew discovered a car was on fire, with the vehicle well alight.

No one was injured in the car blaze incident, with firefighters arriving just in time (Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service).

The Crewe firefighters put out the blaze with a hose reel jet.

A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "A car on fire in a car park was put out by firefighters using a hose reel."

Crewe Nub News has contacted Cheshire Police for comment.
