Fire crews tackle garage blaze on Crewe residential street

Fire crews tackled a garage blaze on a residential street in Crewe, with no one thankfully injured.
On Sunday 13 April, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of an incident on Brooklands Grove, off Underwood Lane.
At 4.38pm, two fire engines from Crewe arrived at the scene, discovering a detached garage, opposite a row of houses, well-alight.
Crewe firefighters used a hose reel jet to put out the flames and dampen down the area.

A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Crews were called to a garage well alight in Crewe.
"Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and dampen down the area."
