Fire crews tackle blaze at Crewe bin store

Fire crews tackled a blaze at a bin store in Crewe, with no one injured in the incident.
On Tuesday 13 May, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of an incident on Broad Street.
At 5.08pm, two fire engines from Crewe rushed to the scene, discovering a brick-built bin store in flames.
Crewe firefighters used two hose reels and tools to expose the contents and put out the flames.

A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Firefighters were called to a fire in a brick-built bin store that was well alight on their arrival.
"They used two hose reels to put the fire out and tools to expose the contents and fully extinguish the fire.
"A thermal imaging scan of the area ensured the fire was fully extinguished before crews left."
