Family-run company joined by hundreds in Jaguar XJ event at luxury Crewe hotel
A large family-run Crewe company were joined by hundreds for a Jaguar XJ event at luxury hotel in the town - with people travelling from across the UK.
On Sunday 4 June, over 100 people gathered at Crewe Hall & Spa, Weston Road with their Jaguar XJ 351s.
All attendees were members of the popular Jaguar forum, gathering for lunch and the opportunity to meet like-minded people.
There were 53 Jaguar XJ 351s on display at the event, with members visiting from far and wide.
People travelled from the likes of Glasgow, Gosport, Devon, and London - with one intrepid traveller visiting from the Netherlands.
When event organiser, Jim Campbell, reached out to Swansway Jaguar Crewe, they were delighted to get involved with the event.
Mr Campbell said: "The vehicles brought along by Swansway Jaguar Crewe were superb.
"The F-Type, as usual, winning admiring glances but the special edition F-Pace with its glorious paintwork won the day."
Along with showcasing a handful of vehicles at the event, Swansway Jaguar Crewe donated a number of raffle prizes.
The company also offered the prize of an F-Type for the weekend.
Mr Campbell added: "The prizes donated by Swansway Jaguar Crewe were very generous and really elevated the event for all who attended."
"It's been fantastic to see people from across the country come together to share their love for the Jaguar XJ 351.
"Thank you to everyone who attended and a massive thank you to Swansway Jaguar Crewe from myself and all at Jaguarforum.
"It's great to see a dealership step up as Swansway Jaguar Crewe has, they became so involved with the enthusiasts of the brand and it is really appreciated."
Swansway Jaguar Crewe head of business, Mark Raby, attended the event and presented the F-Type for a weekend to the lucky winner.
Mr Raby added: "What a fantastic day for Jaguar XJ lovers across the UK.
"It was wonderful to see so many people attend, and we are so pleased to have been able to support this event in a small way."
