Swansway Motor Group has recently appointed Abigail Daniels as its new contact centre manager, based inside its central head office in Crewe.

Abigail joined the business in June 2015 as a customer service executive, working her way up the ranks since, including roles such as contact centre team leader.

Her eight years of service with the company and gradual progression have seen her gain a wealth of experience and build strong relationships with the contact centre team.

Abigail Daniels joined Swansway in June 2015 as a customer service executive, working her way up the ranks since, including roles such as contact centre team leader (Nub News).

In January, Abigail took her maternity leave, and it was upon her full-time return she was presented with the promotion to contact centre manager, an opportunity she couldn't refuse.

From April 2023 onwards, Abigail had been working for half a day per week as part of Swansway's, Keeping in Touch programme.

This is designed to help parents, who take parental leave to enjoy an integrated return to work, not feel out of the loop while caring for their newborn.

Abigail hopes to continue the recent success of Swansway's contact centre, striving to continue with the growth and improvements of the team.

Reflecting on her promotion, Abigail said: "It was a great feeling to receive the promotion, it felt like a recognition of my hard work throughout the past eight years at Swansway.

Abigail Daniels' appointment builds further on a successful 2023 for Swansway's contact centre, along with nine new arrivals to the team (Nub News).

"It was nice to receive this upon returning from maternity leave.

"I've really enjoyed the new role so far, it is certainly keeping me busy."

Abigail's appointment builds further on a successful 2023 for Swansway's contact centre, along with nine new arrivals to the team.

A new call system has been installed, allowing in-call-coaching, which ensures customers receive the best service and team members can continuously develop.

Tailor-made training courses conducted by group sales training manager, Marc Evans, are increasing the professional development available to contact centre members.

Swansway Motor Group told Nub News it would like to wish Abigail Daniels the very best in her new role (Swansway).

This has seen an increase in customer retention and an increase in vehicles booked from 5518 in October 2022 to 7020 in October this year.

There has also been a significant increase in average hours booked per day, from 10,725 in October 2022 to 13,328 this October.
