Emergency services respond to serious collision at busy Crewe junction

Emergency services have responded to a serious collision at a junction in Crewe, causing large traffic delays in the area.

On Thursday 25 April, Cheshire Police received reports of an incident on Mill Street, at its junction with Dorothy Flude Retail Park.

At 1:50pm, offices arrived at the scene, discovering a blue Skoda and black Range Rover had collided with one another

Minor injuries have been reported from the incident, with no arrests made.

Local residents have reported major traffic delays on Mill Street, Nantwich Road and Oak Street.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At 1:50pm, police were made aware of reports of a collision on Mill Street.

"The incident involved two vehicles and the road was closed while recovery took place. 

"Minor injuries have been reported from the incident."
