Emergency services attended a two-vehicle collision in Crewe over the weekend, taking place at an accident hotspot junction.

On Saturday 27 July, Cheshire Police received reports of an incident on Church Lane, Wistaston, at its junction with Broughton Lane.

At 8:20pm, officers arrived at the scene, discovering a blue Suzuki Celerio and a grey Volvo XC60 had collided with one another.

A blue Suzuki Celerio and grey Volvo XC60 collided with one another on Church Lane, with no serious injuries reported (Google).

North West Ambulance Service paramedics attended the incident. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported.

The scene of the accident was cleared by 9:50pm, with no arrests made.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At 8:20pm on Saturday 27 July, police were called to a collision on Church Lane/Broughton Lane, Wistaston. 

"Police attended and found there had been a collision between a blue Suzuki Celerio and a grey Volvo XC60.

"Paramedics attended but there were no reports of any serious injuries. The scene was cleared by 9:50pm."
