Drink driver charged after failing to provide breath test sample in Crewe

A drink driver is set to appear in court, after being charged with failing to provide a breath test sample in Crewe.

On Saturday 23 March, Cheshire Police noticed a vehicle being driven erratically on Gresty Road.

In the early hours of the morning, officers pulled over the car, ordering the driver to take a roadside breath test.

Lukasz Czuba, 41, from Shavington, is set to appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Thursday 11 April (Nub News).

Lukasz Czuba, 41, from Shavington, failed the test and was arrested at the scene.

Czuba has since been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis whilst in custody.

He will appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Thursday 11 April.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "On Saturday 23 March in the early hours, officers stopped a vehicle on Gresty Road, due to the manner of driving.

"The driver failed a roadside breath test and was arrested.

Lukasz Czuba has been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis whilst in police custody (Cheshire Police).

"Lukasz Czuba, 41, from Shavington, has been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis whilst in custody.

"Czuba is due to appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Thursday 11 April."
