Disqualified drug driver, 30, arrested following police pursuit in Crewe

A man wanted for failing to appear in court has been arrested on suspicion of failing to stop for police, drug driving and driving while disqualified in Crewe.
On Monday 23 June, Cheshire Police spotted a blue Mazda on Mill Street, requesting it to stop.
At 9.30am, the driver ignored police's request, attempting to flee the scene from officers.

Following a 1.5-mile pursuit, the driver was stopped off Crewe Green Roundabout and arrested.
The driver of the car, a 30-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of the listed offences, along with dangerous driving
A Cheshire Police spokesperon told Nub News: "At 9.30am on Monday 23 June, police attempted to stop a blue Mazda on Mill Street.
"The driver failed to stop and made off from the scene.

"Police followed the vehicle, and following a pursuit the car was stopped on Beswick Drive, off Crewe Green Roundabout.
"The driver of the car, a 30-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop for police, drug driving, driving whilst disqualified and failing to appear in court."
