It is looking to build relationships through a grant of up to £1,500 and partnerships with local community groups, charitable organisations, schools and colleges.

Sales Director at David Wilson Homes North West, Philippa Stewart, said: "As a five star homebuilder, it's important that we not only bring a range of homes to Crewe, but to invest in the area in which we are building through community and monetary contributions.

"We are looking forward to being a part of the community here and investing in the area during our time on site.

Sydney Place is currently open for appointments from the developer's Scholars Place development in Alsager (David Wilson Homes).
