Delays expected on major Crewe road until the weekend

Multi-way traffic signals are in place on Gresty Road, between St Clair Street and Bedford Street, until Saturday 16 November (Ryan Parker).

Delays are expected on a major road outside Crewe Alex until the weekend, allowing utility repair and maintenance works to take place.

Multi-way traffic signals were installed on Gresty Road, between St Clair Street and Bedford Street, on Thursday 7 November.

These signals are expected to remain outside Mornflake Stadium until 12am on Saturday 16 November.

The roadworks will be completed in time for Crewe Alex's home match against Notts County at 3pm on Saturday 16 November (Ryan Parker).

This will be in time for Crewe's home match against Notts County at 3pm that afternoon.

Scottish Power is responsible for the works, allowing essential repairs to be completed.
