Sean Peter Andrew Conlon, from Crewe, passed away in hospital aged 65, after a short illness on 28 August (Crewe Funeral Services).

Sean, 65, from Crewe, passed away in hospital after a short illness on 28 August.

The beloved husband of Carole, much loved dad to Angela, Amanda and Andrea, and a devoted grandad and great grandad, Sean will be sadly missed but remembered with love by his family and friends.

His funeral service will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday 25th September at 11.30am.

Family flowers only please, with donations if desired to The Vascular Unit at North Staffordshire Hospital.

Sean's grandchildren said: "Grandad you really are amazing, you simply are the best. You would get the highest marks of all In any grandad test."
