An established Crewe town centre business is set to relocate close to the town's railway station this winter, taking on a larger unit.

The Bed & Mattress Outlet, Earle Street, will soon be moving across town to 19 to 21 Mill Street, formerly occupied by The Kitchen Place.

Trading successfully under Mark and Sadie Jones for the past five years, The Bed & Mattress Outlet is relocating to operate Crewe's largest independent bed store.

It is expected the new Mill Street store will open this November, with its Earle Street branch set to remain open until at least the end of that month.

The Bed & Mattress Outlet specialises in affordable luxury beds and mattresses, offering free delivery within 25 miles of its store.

Its current Earle Street unit will not be vacant for long, with another Crewe town centre business set to move in later this year.

The Bed & Mattress Outlet confirmed to Nub News its Mill Street development is progressing well, with an offiicial opening date expected soon.

Mark and Sadie said: "Exciting news, after five successful years in Crewe we are opening our new store soon.

The Bed & Mattress Outlet's Earle Street unit will not be vacant for long, with another Crewe town centre business set to move in later this year (Ryan Parker).

"We will be the largest independent bed store in Crewe. Details coming soon."
