A Crewe sex shop has applied to have its licence renewed for another year, with the adult novelty business continuing to be a success.

This August, Temptations Adult Shop submitted a premises licence application on behalf of its premises at 100 Nantwich Road.

The established business, located one quarter of a mile from Crewe Railway Station, is owned by Mr Alan Brook.

Temptations sells the likes of adult toys, potions, lotions, pills and poppers.

Temptations is open from 9:30am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday) (Nub News).

Since 2022, sexual establishments have to renew their licences annually, with Tempatations committing to another 12 months.

Temptation's premises license application reads: "Notice is hereby given that I, Alan Brook have applied on 5 August 2024 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Temptations, 100 Nantwich Road, Crewe, for a sex shop and cinema licence to renew the licence as a sex shop.

Representations to Temptations' application shall be made in writing to Cheshire East Council Licensing Section on or before Saturday 6 September.
