A Crewe sex shop has applied to have its licence renewed for another year, after being praised by the 2024 Quality Business Awards.

On Monday 5 August, Temptations Adult Shop submitted a premises licence application on behalf of its premises at 100 Nantwich Road.

The established businesss, located one quarter of a mile from Crewe Railway Station, is owned by Mr Alan Brook.

Temptatations, Nantwich Road, is owned by Mr Alan Brook (Ryan Parker).

Tempatations sells the likes of adult toys, potions, lotions, pills and poppers.

Since 2022, sexual establishments have to renew their licences annually, with Tempatations committing to another 12 months.

Recently, the Quality Business Awards awarded Temptations Adult Shop as the best toy store in Crewe for 2024.

An overall quality score exceeding 95 per cent was achieved, making them the top ranked in Crewe.

Temptation's premises license application reads: "NOTICE is hereby given that I, Alan Brook have applied on 5th August 2024 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Temptations, 100 Nantwich Road, Crewe, CW2 6AT for a sex shop and cinema licence to renew the licence as a sex shop.

Representations to Temptations' application shall be made in writing to Cheshire East Council Licensing Section on or before Monday 2 September.

Temptations is open from 9:30am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday).
