Crewe Nub News is launching a Christmas lights competition for 2022 - with readers able to vote for their favourite on social media.

The Christmas lights competition starts on Wednesday (December 7) - requesting Crewe residents to send in a photo of their lights or suggest a display to us.

Crewe Nub News will post one Christmas light display on its Facebook page from Wednesday (December 7) to Monday (December 19).

The winner will be announced on the Crewe Nub News website and social media platforms on Wednesday 21 December - with a special prize (Ryan Parker).

The winner of the best Christmas lights display in Crewe for 2022 will be awarded to the post with the most likes and reactions.

Voting closes at the strike of midnight on Wednesday (December 21).

This winner will be announced on the Crewe Nub News website and social media platforms on Wednesday morning.

They will be awarded a special prize courtesy of Crewe Nub News for their festive efforts.

The runner-up of the Crewe Christmas lights competition will also be given a prize.
