The winner of Crewe Nub News' 2022 Christmas Lights Competition has been decided - winning by a small margin of nine votes in a two-way battle.
The Fleet family's fabulous Christmas lights display at 28 Rochester Crescent won the competition on Wednesday (December 21) - with a whopping 224 votes.
Member of the Crewe household, Aaron Fleet, was delighted and proud his family had won the Christmas competition.
He told Nub News: "This is great. It was my dad and brother who had put the lights up mainly.
"We do appreciate this. I didn't think we'd win after a close call with some houses."
The Fleet family have won a prize - all thanks to The Hop Pole.
This winners prize is a meal and drink for two at the Wistaston Road family pub.
The Fleet family are very grateful for their prize.
