Crewe man charged after driving home from court straight after being disqualified

A Crewe man charged with driving whilst disqualified, after deciding to drive home from court straight after being handed driving ban.
On Monday 6 November, Emanuel Bolohan, 28, attended Chester Magistrates' Court, where he was given a driving ban.
Despite receiving the ban, Bolohan left court and drove back home to Crewe.
Cheshire Police spotted Bolohan's vehicle on Union Street, pulling him over and arrested him again.
The Crewe man has since been charged with driving whilst disqualified and will appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court this month.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "On Monday 6 November, a male had attended West Cheshire Magistrates' Court, where he was handed a driving ban.
"He then left court and decided to still drive himself back home to Crewe, although now disqualified.
"Response patrol officers spotted the vehicle in Crewe and performed a traffic stop on Union Street.
"After confirming the driver was now disqualified from driving, he was again arrested.
"Emanuel Bolohan, 28 from Crewe, has been charged with driving whilst disqualified, and he will appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court."
