A man from Crewe has been charged following the breaching of a criminal behaviour order (CBO), just days after being issued with it.

Christopher Evanson, 36, was arrested by Cheshire Police around 5.10pm on Tuesday 11 March, in the Nelson Street area of town.

Evanson has since been charged with three breaches of a criminal behaviour order that was handed to him at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Thursday 27 February.

Evanson has also been charged with one count of theft from a shop.

Christopher Evanson has been banned from entering Dorothy Flude Retail Park for four years (Nub News).

His four-year CBO came following numerous incidents of bike thefts across the town.

As a result, Evanson has been banned from entering Dorothy Flude Retail Park.

The Crewe man has also been banned from entering the curtilage of any residential property, and must not be in possession of a pedal cycle of any type or description.

Evanson appeared at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 19 March and is set to return on Wednesday 16 April.
