Crewe Lifestyle Centre to host Mental Health Awareness Day

Crewe Lifestyle Centre will host a day of mental health awareness this week.
Tea and Talk, held in association with the charity Mental Health Foundation, will take place from 10am to 12pm on Tuesday October 10.
Any member of the general public is welcome to this free event.
While not a replacement for therapy, punters may find talking about their feelings therapeutic, and could even make a new friend.
The event lasts for two hours, but feel free to hang out after at the Café.
Everybody said in a statement to Nub News: "At our Tea & Talk event you can speak to our friendly Rangers team and find out more about our range of weekly activities; from nature walks, wildlife friendly gardening to creative workshops which can support your physical and mental wellbeing."
