A successful Crewe cheesecake business is celebrating three years of trading in the town, thanking its "wonderful customers" for the support.

Rainbow Cheesecakes, which launched its shop on Bramhall Road in November 2022, first opened at Crewe's Brierley Business Centre in April 2021.

The dessert shop serves well over 60 varieties of cheesecakes in different sizes, including brand new Battenberg and Twix flavours.

Rainbow cheesecakes also sells blondies, brownies, millionaires shortbread, old-school sponge, pick and mix and fudge.

Business owner, Jenni Grist., told Nub News: "I am delighted to be celebrating three years in business this week.

"Back on Saturday 17 April, 2021, Rainbow Cheesecakes officially opened its serving hatch at Brierley Business Centre, Crewe.

"We have come a long way since then, moving onto a table at Sandbach Market, then a retail unit within Sandbach Market, and now our wonderful shop in Wistaston Green.

"Three years has seen us achieve fantastic growth, both on a personal level as well as within the business, and we are learning new things all the time.

"We started up during Covid times and were one of few lucky businesses to not only survive, but thrive, thereafter.

Rainbow Cheesecakes has launched brand new Battenberg and Twix flavours (Rainbow Cheesecakes).

"None of it would have been possible without our wonderful customers and supporters."

To celebrate three years of trading, Rainbow Cheesecakes is placing £10 gift vouchers in a number of random boxes served to customers throughout the week.

Jenni said: "To celebrate and as a thank you, we are putting on various deals throughout this week.

"This includes a chance of bagging one of our £10 gift vouchers being put in random boxes all this week, check under your cheesecakes.

"More birthday fun to come throughout the week! We're also at the Alsager Olive and Stitch Market this Saturday 20 April, running from 9:30am until 1pm.

Rainbow Cheesecakes is open 9am to 4:30pm (Tuesday to Friday) and 10am until 4:30pm (Saturday and Sunday) (Nub News).

"We will also be at the JDL Mini Markets' Family Market inside Crewe Market Hall on Sunday 21 April, from 10:30am to 3pm. Our shop will also be open as normal."
