A Crewe car dealership aftersales manager is 'excited' after being promoted to brand manager at Swansway's Crewe Volkswagen retailer.  

Swansway Motor Group has applauded James Keir on his recent promotion to Crewe Volkswagen brand manager. 

James started his journey with Swansway around 10 years ago when he joined its Wrexham Volkswagen retailer as workshop controller. 

James Keir returned to Swansway in 2017 - spending the last five years based at Crewe Volkswagen as aftersales manager (Nub News).

After some time away from the business, James returned to Swansway in 2017 - spending the last five years based at Crewe Volkswagen as aftersales manager. 

James' recent promotion to brand manager is something he has been working towards for some time and is excited about the new challenge ahead.

He told Nub News: "I'm looking forward to getting to grips with the sales side of things.

"With a background in aftersales, it's a new challenge to now be overseeing the whole business.

"I have a great relationship with the Sales team and I'm eager to build on that from a new perspective." 

James is appreciative of the opportunity that he has been given and of the team around him who have supported him.

He added: "I am so thankful to Swansway for the opportunity to take on this role.

James Keir says he is looking forward to getting to grips with the sales side of things at Swansway (Nub News).

"I'm excited to get stuck in and I am confident the transition will be smooth.

"The team we have at Crewe Volkswagen are fantastic and I am grateful to them for all their support."
