A two-day Christmas Market is set to be held in Crewe this month - running outside in the town centre and inside the town's market hall.

Crewe Market Hall is hosting a Christmas Market in Market Square and its Market Hall on Saturday (November 26) and Sunday (November 27).

The Christmas Market will run from 10am to 4pm on both days.

The Crewe Christmas Market will run from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday (Ryan Parker).

On Saturday, the market will run before the Crewe Christmas Light Switch On in Memorial Square - taking place from 5pm to 6:30pm.

The Christmas Lights Switch-On will include live music, a countdown and special guests - including Father Christmas himself.

Crewe Market Hall is hosting a wide variety of Christmas events this year - running along with the Christmas Lights Switch On (Crewe Town Council).

• Saturday (November 16) and Sunday (November 27), Christmas Market in Market Square and Market Hall - 10am to 4pm.
• Wednesday (November 30) to Friday (December 24), Winter Wonderland in Crewe Market Hall.
• Saturday (December 3), Children's Christmas activities with Creative Crewe - 11am to 3pm.
• Sunday (December 4, 11 and 18), Come and meet Father Christmas.
• Thursday (December 16), St Thomas More Christmas Concert.
• Saturday (December 24), Follow Santa's journey from Lapland on the Big Screen - 4pm to 6pm.

Christmas in Queens Park is taking place on Saturday (December 10) - running from 10am to 3pm.

From 11am to 2pm, you can Meet Santa in the Cafe - including a a disco and table top games.

At 11am, there are Christmas Crafts with Creative Crewe in the Bowls Pavillion.

There will be an opportunity for children to meet Father Christmas at Crewe Market Hall for three consecutive Sundays in December (Crewe Nub News).

Then from 2pm, there is a free festive celebration with songs from the Funky Choir.
