A car overturned on a country road near Crewe - with all occupants escaping the vehicle without injury.

The incident on Barthomley Road, near Crewe, happened at approximately 3:30pm on Sunday (January 29).

Cheshire Police told Nub News there were no injuries in the accident.

A spokesperson said: "At 3.30pm on January 29th, police were made aware of a collision on Barthomley Road, near Crewe.

"Officers attended and found a red Daihatsu Sirion had overturned.

"There were no injuries."

Cheshire Police told Nub News there were no injuries in the accident (Cheshire Police).

An eyewitness at the scene also told Nub News: "Thankfully no one was injured."
