Service Advisor / Service Receptionist

Salary: Up to £30,000 Basic OTE £37,000

Richard Abson Group are working with a well-established dealership in Crewe to recruit an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The service department is well supported by an experienced team of Technicians and Service Advisors, creating a productive and collaborative working environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service and repair process.
• Promote and sell service plans, maintenance packages, and additional aftersales products.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

About You

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a Service Advisor or similar aftersales role (main dealer experience preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to upsell products and services effectively.
• Experience using Kerridge and 1Link systems would be advantageous.
• Organised, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £32,000 basic salary.
• Uncapped bonus structure (hours sold, upsell performance, and service plan sales) - realistic OTE of £37,000.
• Monday to Friday on a rota basis:
• 8:00am - 6:00pm (1 early finish a week)
