Software Developer (C#/.NET)Location: Crewe or Chester (2 days per week onsite)

The systems you help build won't be abstract or theoretical; they will directly support how organisations plan, manufacture and deliver products at scale.The focus is on clarity, reliability and continuous improvement.You will play a key role in developing and enhancing core applications, contributing to solutions that need to perform consistently under pressure and adapt as requirements evolve.Core experience required:

• Commercial experience using C# and the .NET framework (ideally .NET Core).
• Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
• Experience working with or understanding of APIs and service-based design.
• A thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to development.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Exposure to Azure or an interest in cloud technologies.
• Some experience with Front End or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar).
• Awareness of CI/CD practices or containerisation tools.
