We're looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to join Cheshire East Council and lead a service that helps young people make a successful transition from care to adulthood.

As Service Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our Care Leavers service, working closely with partners, practitioners and young people to deliver high-quality support that meets their individual needs and aspirations.

You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, championing the voice of care leavers and ensuring statutory responsibilities are met. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people and the ability to inspire and develop teams to deliver outstanding services.
