Key responsibilities include the interior refurbishment of rail vehicles-such as the installation and fitting of floors, seating, wall panels, tables, doors, and windows-as well as electrical installations, modifications, and component replacements in line with industry procedures and technical specifications.Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance and major overhauls on rail vehicles in accordance with set standards and operational procedures. Execute assigned tasks provided by the Service Delivery Leader, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with engineering standards. Operate rail vehicles within depot limits, following all relevant safety and operating procedures. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, documentation processes, and Visual Management Instructions (VMI). Complete job documentation and sign-off worksheets upon the completion of assigned tasks. Ensure consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in line with both local instructions and industry regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks.
