Sales Engineer Location: Cheshire

£25,397 - £30,000 plus annual company performance bonus, private healthcare, pension and 30 days holiday inclusive statutory days.

Are you a driven technical sales professional with a passion for delivering smart, cost-effective fluid handling solutions? We re seeking a Sales Engineer to join a dynamic team representing a UK market-leading manufacturer of pumps and pumping systems. You ll provide innovative products and services across a wide range of industries and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide technical guidance and tailored solutions for applications including:
  • Foul water and grey water
  • Effluents
  • Irrigation and pressurisation
  • Other fluid handling systems
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies.

Knowledge

  • Understanding of pumps, pipework, and fluid handling applications (desirable).
  • Knowledge of pressure pipe systems, fittings, and general engineering principles (desirable).
  • Experience
  • Proven experience in technical or industrial sales, ideally within pumps or fluid handling systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications / Training

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM systems
  • Good standard of English and Maths
