The Maintenance Officer role is crucial to the work we do supporting the work at our main accommodation at Gresty Road, where we house up to 69 people and at Valley Brook cam-pus where we house over 100 people who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing homelessness. We also house over 30 people in our dispersed properties around Cheshire

We would love to offer this opportunity to an "all rounder", but skills that are particularly important are painting and decorating, room turnaround and cleaning, being able to build flat pack furniture. Basic joinery, plumbing, and working with power tools

-20 hours a week (days and hours negotiable)

– Hours could increase to full time in April 2026

-£13 per hour
