Friday night entertainment on the Market Hall stage comes from The Microtones, a Cheshire-based acoustic covers duo.

Liv and Chris both have degrees in Popular Music and are highly-trained musicians with over 10 years of experience.

Expect them to cover a huge variety of songs in a "stripped-back live lounge style" from classic jukebox hits to indie rock and modern pop favourites.

Despite their only being two of them, they can still pack an impressive punch and can also fill the dancefloor.

They are on stage at 8pm and admission is free.
