AN estate agents with a branch office in Crewe has been recognised with multiple awards from a comparison website.
Each of Stephenson Browne's offices at Crewe, Sandbach, Alsager and Newcastle-under-Lyme were identified as top-performing agents by GetAgent.
GetAgent, which aims to connect homeowners with the best property agents in their area, collates data from the Land registry as well as major property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket to assess agents three core performance metrics: percentage of the original asking price achieved, average sale time and the number of properties listed in the past six months.
It then uses a proprietary algorithm to combine the metrics to determine the very best estate agent in each postal area across the UK.
Stephenson Browne says its accomplishment would not have been possible without the continued support of its clients.
Stephenson Browne Sales Director Craig Whitney said: "We are thrilled to have our efforts rewarded by GetAgent.
"Understandably, I am always a little biased in my belief that whatever your property requirements might be, Stephenson Browne should be the agent of choice but we are now regularly seeing such positive comments from our customers and these rewards really do make the hard work from all our staff the more rewarding.
"Customer service is our focus and that mindset gives us the results which can't be ignored. We're a leading agent and look forward to continuing to assist many more clients through their property journey."
Among the testimonials left by clients on Stephenson Browne's web site are:
"Kept in contact frequently, did all they could during the sale and were a nice, friendly team all the way through. If I need to move back to the area they would be my first choice of agent to deal with."
"From the first phone call I made to the agents the customer service was excellent. The staff were helpful, informative and easy to communicate with."
