Graham, aged 60 years, and from Crewe passed away in hospital following a long illness.
A committal service at Crewe Crematorium Chapel was conducted by Mr Steven Linde followed by cremation.
Graham leaves behind a devoted sister Jaqueline who will return his ashes to Ireland.
