David John JEEVES
David, aged 74 years, and from Berryhill, Stoke-on-Trent passed away in hospital after a short illness.
The much loved partner of Rosemary and dad to Sally, David will be sadly missed. David himself expressed a wish for no funeral service to take place, so a committal and blessing was conducted by Mr Steven Linde.
